About Rideau Digital

I'm Jad Fadel, and I live in Ottawa. I started Rideau Digital to help local businesses get found on Google Maps, without the long contracts or confusing marketing jargon.

You'll deal with me directly by email and short video calls. I'll explain what I'm changing and why, in plain language. Rideau Digital is a registered Ontario business.

Questions

Is there a contract?

No long contract. After the one-time setup, it's month to month, and you can stop whenever you like.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what your profile and website need. Founding clients get a reduced rate, and we'll give you a clear quote on the free call, with no obligation. It's month to month after that.

Can you guarantee I'll be number one on Google Maps?

No, and be careful of anyone who says they can. Google decides the rankings. What we can do is make sure your profile is complete, accurate and active, and that your reviews get answered. Those are the things you control.

Do you write or buy reviews?

Never. Fake or paid reviews break Google's rules and can get a listing suspended. We reply to your real reviews and give you an easy, policy-compliant way to ask happy customers for one.

Who owns my Google profile and website?

You do. Your Google Business Profile stays in your name, and we're added as a manager so we can make updates. If you stop, you keep everything.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Everything is done remotely by email and a short video call, so it fits around your workday.
